Investors Association in Charlotte NC and is also the owner and a Managing Member of
Financial Help Services Inc., a Mortgage Broker and Lender specializing in Investors
Loans.

Experiencing Larry Goins live will introduce his special teaching technique on his
Ultimate Buying and Selling Machine in Real Estate. Goins uses a lot of technology
in his system called "The Ultimate Buying and Selling Machine" This is a system that
works. Goins has a record of selling or buying homes in two hours or less and have
closings thirty minutes a part. Members will even learn how to hire others to work
in their business or to bring in family members to start buying and selling
